Concessionaire shall obtain employee identification badges for all personnel authorized by Concessionaire to have access to the Sterile area, SIDA or AOA, in accordance with the provisions of federal regulations, and other laws, rules and regulations or Board policies.
Subject to the approval of the Board, Concessionaire shall adopt procedures to control and limit access to the Sterile area, SIDA and AOA by Concessionaire, and their respective contractors, suppliers of materials and furnishers of services, employees and business invitees in accordance with all present and future Board, TSA and FAA laws, rules and regulations.
Note: If the person is disqualified from receiving a SAT badge during the badge application process, or becomes disqualified after receiving a SAT badge, the individual can no longer be present anywhere within the SIDA, Secured Area, Sterile area and/or the project areas.
Individuals may not access the Secure or Sterile area with their Airport ID while not on duty.
Sterile area means a portion of an airport defined in the airport security program that provides passengers access to boarding aircraft and to which the access generally is controlled by TSA, or by an aircraft operator under part 1544 of this chapter or a foreign air carrier under part 1546 of this chapter, through the screening of persons and property.
