Sterling and £ definition

Sterling and £ means the lawful currency for the time being of the United Kingdom. “Term” means the term detailed in the Loan Terms.

  • Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • Euro-Dollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • USD or “$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America.

  • Canadian Dollar means the lawful currency of Canada.

  • Intercollegiate sport means a sport played at the collegiate level for which eligibility requirements for participation by a student athlete are established by a national association for the promotion or regulation of collegiate athletics.

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;

  • Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. “Graywater” includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers.   • Quote Currency means the second currency in the Currency Pair which can be bought or sold by the Client for the Base Currency.

  • CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711-1715.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.
