The Committee will determine the number of Shares to be awarded to the Participant under a Stock Bonus Award and any restrictions thereon.
Performance Periods may overlap and a Participant may participate simultaneously with respect to Stock Bonus Awards that are subject to different Performance Periods and different performance goals and other criteria.
No payment from the Participant will be required for Shares awarded pursuant to a Stock Bonus Award.
