Stock Collateral definition

Stock Collateral means, collectively, the Collateral described in clauses (a) through (c) of Section 3 hereof and the proceeds of and to any such property and, to the extent related to any such property or such proceeds, all books, correspondence, credit files, records, invoices and other papers.
Stock Collateral means the Pledged Stock and all Proceeds therefrom.
Stock Collateral shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.01(a).

Examples of Stock Collateral in a sentence

  • The Agent's prior recourse to any part or all of the Stock Collateral shall not constitute a condition of any demand, suit or proceeding for payment or collection of any of the Obligations.

  • The interests assigned as Stock Collateral are subject to no outstanding options, voting trusts, shareholders agreement, or other requirements with respect to such interests.

  • Upon verifying the availability of excess securities collateral in its CCMS Collateral Account, the SEOCH Participant may withdraw securities held in its CCMS Collateral Account by inputting a transfer instruction via a CCASS terminal to transfer securities from the SEOCH Participant’s CCMS Collateral Account to one of the Stock Accounts in CCASS maintained by that SEOCH Participant or the CCASS GCP, where applicable, other than the Stock Collateral Control Account.
