Security Collateral definition

Security Collateral with respect to any Granting Party, means, collectively, the Collateral (if any) and the Pledged Collateral (if any) of such Granting Party.
Security Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).
Security Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a).

  • All powers, authorizations and agencies contained in this Agreement are coupled with an interest and are irrevocable as to the relevant Granting Party until this Agreement is terminated as to such Granting Party, and the security interests in the Security Collateral of such Granting Party created hereby are released.

  • The powers conferred on the Collateral Agent and the other Secured Parties hereunder are solely to protect the Collateral Agent’s and the other Secured Parties’ interests in the Security Collateral and shall not impose any duty upon the Collateral Agent or any other Secured Party to exercise any such powers.

  • In addition, the Collateral Agent shall have the right at any time to exchange certificates or instruments representing or evidencing Security Collateral for certificates or instruments of smaller or larger denominations.
