Stock Option Grants. Employee shall be granted stock options on 50,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock and with each option having an option exercise price equal to the fair market value of one share of Company Common Stock on the date hereof and other terms and conditions consistent with the Company's stock option grant policy with respect to similarly situated Company employees.
