Stock Purchase Loans definition

Stock Purchase Loans means loans or advances made by the Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary in the ordinary course of business to employees for the purpose of purchasing restricted shares of common stock of the Parent.
Stock Purchase Loans means loans made by the Borrower or the Guarantor to enable officers and directors of the Borrower or the Guarantor to purchase shares of common stock of the Guarantor.

  • Repurchase As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.

  • Company Convertible Notes means the convertible notes issued by the Company pursuant to the convertible note purchase agreement by and among the Company, PA Grand Opportunity Limited and other investors named therein dated June 6, 2016, as amended on June 13, 2016.
