Storage Capability definition

Storage Capability has the meaning in Exhibit P.
Storage Capability means the capability of the Facility to charge and discharge Energy, expressed in whole MWhs, that is expected for each hour of the applicable period.

  • These requirements include but are not limitedto: • Device (ex: Desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, iPad, tablet, mobile device, etc.) appropriate for connecting to the Internet, downloading our mobile application with the current version of the Operating System such as • Connectivity to the Internet; • Electronic Storage Capability to retain Communications; • Printer (optional); and • Software that enables you to view in PDF or HTML format.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the calculations of Available Storage Capacity and Available Storage Capability in the foregoing sentence shall be based solely on the availability of the Storage Facility to receive Charging Energy from or deliver Discharging Energy to the Delivery Point, as applicable (excluding for reasons at the high-voltage side of the Delivery Point or beyond).

  • Client acknowledges that Client is solely responsible for the content of all Client Data that Client stores or retrieves from, or attempts to store or retrieve from Storage Capability and for all transmissions by Client from and to the Platform.

  • These notices and changes to Available Storage Capacity and Available Storage Capability shall be communicated in a method acceptable to Buyer; provided that Buyer specifies the method no later than sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of such requirement.

  • Such Notices shall contain information regarding the beginning date and time of the event resulting in the change in Available Storage Capacity or Available Storage Capability, as applicable, the expected end date and time of such event, the expected Available Storage Capacity in MW or the expected Available Storage Capability in MWh, and any other information required by the CAISO or reasonably requested by Buyer.

  • Each Day-Ahead Forecast shall clearly identify, for each hour, Seller’s best estimate of the Available Generating Capacity (or if requested by Buyer, the monthly expected PV Energy), Available Storage Capacity, and Available Storage Capability.

  • Seller’s (i) Available Storage Capacity and (ii) Availability Storage Capability forecasts (items (i) and (ii) collectively referred to as the “Forecasted Product”) shall include availability and updated status of key equipment for the Facility.

  • Seller’s (i) Available Generating Capacity, (ii) Available Storage Capacity, and (iii) Available Storage Capability forecasts (items (i), (ii), and (iii) collectively referred to as the “Forecasted Product”) shall include availability and updated status of key equipment for the Facility.

  • Each Day-Ahead Forecast shall clearly identify, for each hour, Seller’s best estimate of the Available Storage Capacity and Available Storage Capability.

Related to Storage Capability

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no alternate fuel capability.

  • Ramping Capability means the sustained rate of change of generator output, in megawatts per minute.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means thirty-three percent (33%) of a unit's maximum design heat input, divided by three thousand four hundred thirteen (3,413) Btu/kilowatt hour, divided by one thousand (1,000) kilowatt hour/megawatt hour, and multiplied by eight thousand seven hundred sixty (8,760) hours/year.

  • Available Flowgate Capability or “AFC” shall mean the rating of the applicable Flowgate less the projected loading across the applicable Flowgate less TRM and CBM. The firm AFC is calculated with only the appropriate Firm Transmission Service reservations (or interchange schedules) in the model, including recognition of all roll-over Transmission Service rights. Non- firm AFC is determined with appropriate firm and non-firm reservations (or interchange schedules) modeled.
