Storage COD Capacity Threshold definition

Storage COD Capacity Threshold means, subject to Section 3.13, the lesser of (a) ninety-five percent (95%) of the Storage Expected Capacity or (b) only following the effectiveness of a resizing (if applicable) according to Section 3.8 and Section 3.9, the Storage Expected Capacity, as so resized.
