Stormwater Treatment Facilities definition

Stormwater Treatment Facilities or "Facilities" means all structures, plantings, natural features, or other physical elements that are designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with this Ordinance and which are provided to prevent or reduce stormwater pollution or to control stormwater runoff volume and discharges.

Examples of Stormwater Treatment Facilities in a sentence

  • The property owners of all Stormwater Treatment Facilities, except for distributed Facilities serving individual residential lots, must submit a maintenance certification report to the City, at the minimum of one (1) year following initial certification, and subsequently every two (2) years thereafter, or as required by the Director.
