Stormwater Treatment Facilities definition

Stormwater Treatment Facilities or "Facilities" means all structures, plantings, natural features, or other physical elements that are designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with this Ordinance and which are provided to prevent or reduce stormwater pollution or to control stormwater runoff volume and discharges.
