Examples of Straddle Period Returns in a sentence
All Straddle Period Returns shall be prepared and filed in a manner consistent with the past practice of the Company unless otherwise required by applicable Law.
The Buyer, at its expense, shall cause the Company to prepare and file such Straddle Period Returns.
Buyer shall be responsible for the cost and expense of preparing and filing the Straddle Period Returns.
The cost of preparing all Straddle Period Returns shall be paid by the Parent or the Buyer.
