For twenty-four (24) months following the Termination Date, for whatever reason, Executive shall not sell or solicit the sale of a Competing Product to a Strategic Customer and Executive shall not perform Services as part of or in support of providing, selling or soliciting the sale of a Competing Product to a Strategic Customer.
