Strategic Performance Unit definition

Strategic Performance Unit means a Unit that will be paid to a Participant if Strategic Performance for a Performance Period satisfies the Performance Schedule contained in a Grant Agreement.

Strategic Performance Unit or "Unit" means the smallest amount of incentive opportunity available for award to a Participant for a specified Performance Period, with a target value of $75.00 per Unit unless a different target value is established by the Committee at the time a Unit Award is made.

Long-Term Performance Awards will be based upon the achievement of Company, Subsidiary and/or individual performance factors or upon such other criteria as the Committee may deem appropriate.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Further Competition Award Criteria means the award criteria set out in Part 2 of Framework Schedule 6 (Award Criteria);

  • Share Unit means either an RSU or a PSU, as the context requires.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Phantom Stock Unit means the right to receive the value of one (1) share of the Company’s Common Stock, subject to the provisions of Section 8.4 of the Plan.
