STU definition

STU means the Board or the Government company notified by the respective State Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act;
STU or “State Transmission Utility” shall be the Board or the Government company, specified as such by the State Government under sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Electricity Act 2003;
STU means Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited or KPTCL.
