Examples of Electricity Act 2003 in a sentence
The terms used in this Agreement, unless as defined below or repugnant to the context, shall have the same meaning as assigned to them by the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules or regulations framed there under, including those issued/framed by the Appropriate Commission (as defined hereunder), as amended or re-enacted from time to time.
Despite anything contained in this Agreement but without prejudice to this Article, if any provision of this Agreement shall be in deviation or inconsistent with or repugnant to the provisions contained in the Electricity Act 2003, or any rules and regulations made there under, such provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to the extent required to bring it into compliance with the aforesaid relevant provisions as amended from time to time.
Appeal against the decisions of the Appropriate Commission shall be made only as per the provisions of the Electricity Act 2003, as amended from time to time.
