StuckyNet System definition

StuckyNet System means the Agent’s StuckyNet-Link internet-based communication system utilized by the Agent.
StuckyNet System means the StuckyNet-Link internet-based communication system utilized by Lender.

  • Each calendar month, the Agent shall send to the Borrowing Agent a statement showing the accounting for the Advances made and Letters of Credit issued, payments made or credited in respect thereof, and other transactions between the Agent and the Borrowers, during such month, and the Agent shall provide the Borrowing Agent with access to Agent’s global GIR and StuckyNet System as relating to the Borrowers.
