Student Behavior definition

Student Behavior. Students are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate and respectful manner. There is no running, screaming, or horseplay allowed. Students should refrain from touching the mirrors, hanging from the barres, or disrespecting staff or peers. Dancers should come prepared for class, attend and be on time. They are expected to stay in the classroom for the entire class period and participate. Only water is permitted in the dance rooms. Please refrain from having food or drink in unauthorized areas and please clean up after yourself and/or guests. Dancers are not permitted behind the counter or in the dance are until class time. Respectful, mature behavior towards staff and peers is expected.

Student Behavior. The students are expected to adhere to behavior which is customary of the school discipline acceptable on the school campus. Students who do not use appropriate behavior may be asked to no longer attend aftercare. Any child not picked up by 5:30 will be charged a fee of $3.00 per child for every 5 minutes late. K – 8 students, who wait for retrieval under the “Little or Big Shed” and are not retrieved by 3:30 p.m. will be transferred to “After-care. Parents will be charged $1 for every 10 minutes after 3:30. Attendance: Students who register for after-care are not required to attend and will only be billed for the days attended. There is no minimum amount of attendance required. Students may attend daily or just a given amount according to need. Drop-ins will not be turned away.
