Student Casual definition

Student Casual means casual positions that are agreed to by the Parties, and that have distinct provisions for the terms and conditions of employment. The Parties agree to review all Student Casual positions on an annual basis for compliance with the provisions of Article 15.3.2 and 15.4.2.
