Student Contact Day definition

Student Contact Day means instructional days where students are present.
Student Contact Day means a contract day, within the academic year, that an employee is actively engaged with students in the instructional process including student assessments.
Student Contact Day means time during the day that students are scheduled for classes and time before/after duty free lunch.

  • Student Contact Day Bus Driver employees, if laid off, may bump other Student Contact Day Bus Driver employees with less seniority and same or similar hours.

  • The School District will provide a Long Term Disability Insurance Plan for all Student Contact Day Bus Drivers and full-time 12 month employees covered by this Agreement, and part-time employees covered by this Agreement, who normally work four (4) hours or more hours per day, on student contact days.

  • Student Contact Day Bus Drivers shall earn pro-rated paid sick leave based upon Subd.

  • Student Contact Day Bus Drivers are eligible to elect dependent medical coverage.

Student Contact Day means instructional days where students are present. “Work Day” shall mean any contract day where students are not present.
Student Contact Day means a day that a teacher engages a student in a structured learning activity of the district's traffic education curriculum that applies toward the required minimum of 60 hours of instruction, whether it be classroom instruction, teacher-directed learning activities, observation, simulation, or behind-the- wheel instruction. Related to Student Contact Day

  • Direct contact means the contact of persons with high voltage live parts.

  • Contact Hour Funds means the funds paid or payable by the Department under this Contract for the Scheduled Hours of supervised training and assessment reported for a Skills First Student. Contract means this VET Funding Contract and includes all schedules, annexures, attachments, plans and specifications and exhibits to it. Contract Notification means a document issued by the Department via the SVTS that either provides specific information or advice about aspects of this Contract or formally notifies the Training Provider of a variation to this Contract. Control means, with regard to an entity:

  • Indirect contact means the contact of persons with exposed conductive parts.

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);

  • Contact hour means an hour of training received through direct instruction.
