Designated Contact definition

Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);
Designated Contact means Customer’s contact designated to communicate with Liferay for the provision of Support and/or any other Subscription Services.

Designated Contact means the person indicated on page 1 of this IFB, the Director, or a person designated by either, as applicable.
