Student judicial affairs administrator means the chief student affairs officer or designee.
Claims Administrator means the firm proposed by Class Counsel and appointed by the Courts to administer the Settlement Amount in accordance with the provisions of this Settlement Agreement and the Distribution Protocol, and any employees of such firm.
Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).
Servicing Officer Any officer of the Servicer involved in or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Mortgage Loans whose name appears on a list of servicing officers furnished by the Servicer to the Master Servicer upon request, as such list may from time to time be amended.
CFD Administrator means an official of the City, or designee thereof, responsible for determining the Special Tax Requirement and providing for the levy and collection of the Special Taxes.
