Subconcession Contract definition

Subconcession Contract means the Subconcession Contract dated September 8, 2006 between Xxxx Resorts (Macau), S.A. and Melco Crown (Macau) Limited (formerly known as Melco Crown Gaming (Macau) Limited or Melco PBL Gaming (Macau) Limited and before that as PBL Entertainment (Macau) Limited) (“Melco Crown Macau”).
Subconcession Contract means the Subconcession Contract dated September 8, 2006 between Wynn Resorts (Macau), S.A. and Melco Resorts (Macau) Limited (formerly known as Melco Crown (Macau) Limited and before that as Melco Crown Gaming (Macau) Limited or Melco PBL Gaming (Macau) Limited and before that as PBL Entertainment (Macau) Limited) (“Melco Resorts Macau”).
Subconcession Contract means the nominative administrative contract for the operation of games of chance and other casino games in the Macau SAR to be executed by Wxxx Macau and the Borrower together with the following letters to be entered into: (i) letter from the Government of the Macau SAR to be addressed to the Borrower and copied to Wxxx Macau, with regard to the confirmation by the Government of the Macau SAR of the nominative administrative contract referred to above; (ii) letter from the Borrower to be addressed to the Government of the Macau SAR, with regard to the confirmation of the rights and obligations of the Borrower towards the Government of the Macau SAR, and (iii) letter from the Government of the Macau SAR to be addressed to the Borrower, with regard to the confirmation of the rights and obligations of the Government of the Macau SAR towards the Borrower.

  • The Concessionaire and the Subconcessionaire may discharge this Subconcession Contract at any time by the agreement of the parties.

  • The Subconcessionaire shall, by no later than seven days after the conclusion of this Subconcession Contract, submit to the government the documents setting forth all bank accounts and the relevant balance in the name of the Subconcessionaire to the government.

  • The government shall, by no later than fifteen days after the conclusion of this Subconcession Contract, notify the Subconcessionaire whether to permit the candidate specified in Annex 1 of the Administrative Regulations No. 26/2001 submitted by the Subconcessionaire to act as the managing director of the Subconcessionaire.

  • The Subconcessionaire shall, by no later than seven days after the conclusion of this Subconcession contract, submit to the government a document with the shareholders’ structure of the Subconcessionaire on the day of execution of this Subconcession Contract.

  • Under other situations of termination of the Subconcession Contract, the listing of assets specified in the first paragraph shall be conducted on the date and at the time as specified by the government.

  • The Concessionaire hereby agrees with any future amendments to this Subconcession Contract agreed between the government and the Subconcessionaire provided that they do not increase the obligations of the Concessionaire.

  • This Subconcession Contract shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the Macau SAR.

  • The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 21 are applicable to the act of granting the management power of the Subconcessionaire for the first time to the managing director after the conclusion of this Subconcession Contract.

Related to Subconcession Contract

  • Concession Contract means a contract for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between one or more economic operators and one or more contracting authorities within the meaning of Articles 168 and 172, in order to entrust the execution of works or the provision and management of services to an economic operator (the ‘concession’). The remuneration shall consist either solely in the right to exploit the works or services or in that right together with payment. The award of a concession contract shall involve the transfer to the concessionaire of an operating risk in exploiting those works or services encompassing demand risk or supply risk, or both. The concessionaire shall be deemed to assume an operating risk where, under normal operating conditions, there is no guarantee of recouping the investments made or the costs incurred in operating the works or the services at stake;

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

  • Concession Agreement means the Concession Agreement referred to in Recital (A) above and annexed hereto as Annex-A, and shall include all of its Recitals and Schedules and any amendments made thereto in accordance with the provisions contained in this behalf therein;

"Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Project Contract means any contract between the District or the Corporation and any contractor or vendor regarding the construction, production or other acquisition or installation of any part of an Acquisition Project.

  • Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • Building Contract means a contract entered into between the Grant Recipient and a Building Contractor relating to the construction, repair, refurbishment, conversion, development and/or Rehabilitation (as applicable) of a Firm Scheme; Building Contractor means any building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • Redevelopment Contract means this redevelopment contract between the Authority and Redeveloper with respect to the Project.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Approved Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(a).

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.
