Minor subdivision means a subdivision that creates five or fewer lots from a tract of record.
Subdivision means the division of a piece of land into two or more portions;
Subdivider means a person who causes land to be subdivided or who proposes a subdivision
Subdivide means to divide, apportion, consolidate or subdivide the Land, or the ownership or right to possession or occupation of the Land into two or more lots, strata lots, parcels, parts, portions or shares, whether by plan, descriptive words or otherwise, under the Land Title Act, the Strata Property Act, or otherwise, and includes the creation, conversion, organization or development of “cooperative units” or “shared interests in land” as defined in the Real Estate Act;
Local Subdivision means any county, municipal corporation, township, sanitary district or regional water and sewer district of the State.
Manufactured Home Park or Subdivision means a parcel (or contiguous parcels) of land divided into two or more manufactured home lots for rent or sale.
Political subdivision means a city, village, town or county.
Reclassification means the upgrading of a position to a higher classification as a result of the gradual increase of the duties being performed by the incumbent in that position.
Subdivision Plat means the graphical representation of the subdivision of land, prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor, having a number or letter designation for each lot within the plat and a succinct name or title that is unique for the county where the land is located.
New manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed on or after the effective date of this ordinance or the effective date of the initial floodplain management ordinance and includes any subsequent improvements to such structure.
Existing manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community.
Governmental subdivision means any city, county, or combination thereof.
Local Subdivision Contribution means the Local Subdivision financial share used for the sole and express purpose for paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the Director under this Agreement for completion of the project.
Political Subdivisions means cities, counties, and educational institutions.
Dividend means any dividend (whether interim or final) resolved to be paid on Shares pursuant to the Articles.
Local political subdivision means a county, municipal corporation, township, conservancy district, soil and water conservation district, joint recreation district, park district, or other similar park authority.
Expansion to an existing manufactured home park or subdivision means the preparation of additional sites by the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads).
Recapitalization means any stock dividend, stock split, combination of shares, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification or other similar event.
Reclassification Event means any of the following: (a) any reclassification or recapitalization of PubCo Shares (other than a change in par value, or from par value to no par value, or from no par value to par value, or as a result of a subdivision or combination or any transaction subject to Section 4.1(e)), (b) any merger, consolidation or other combination involving PubCo, or (c) any sale, conveyance, lease or other disposal of all or substantially all the properties and assets of PubCo to any other Person, in each of clauses (a), (b) or (c), as a result of which holders of PubCo Shares shall be entitled to receive cash, securities or other property for their PubCo Shares.
Combination means an event in which the Company consolidates with, merges with or into, or sells all or substantially all its property and assets to another Person.
Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.
UNE Combination means a combination of two (2) or more Unbundled Network Elements that were or were not previously combined or connected in Qwest's network, as required by the FCC, the Commission or this Agreement.
building or structure means a permanent enclosed structure occupying an area greater than 10 square metres, consisting of a wall, roof, and/or floor, or any of them, or a structural system serving the function thereof, which includes, but is not limited to, air-supported structures or industrial tents; a canopy however shall not be considered a building or structure for the purpose of this By-law and shall not attract development charges;
Proportionately means that the ratio of the actual Annual Special Tax levy to the applicable Special Tax is equal for all applicable Assessor’s Parcels.
Site or Area means the vacant space or any area which is to be given on rent.
temporary building or structure means a Building or structure constructed or erected or placed on land for a continuous period not exceeding twelve months, or an addition or alteration to a Building or structure that has the effect of increasing the total floor area thereof for a continuous period not exceeding twelve months;
