Subdivision 4. The School District agrees to buy back up to five (5) unused Personal Leave days per year at the rate of $200 per day.

  • Tenant hereby waives the provisions of Section 1932, Subdivision 2, and Section 1933, Subdivision 4, of the California Civil Code, and the provisions of any similar law hereinafter enacted.
