Subdivision 4. Income Disability Insurance: Insurance that covers loss of time due to accident or illness will be made available to all Association members. The benefit will be equal to 66 % of the Association member’s salary after a qualifying period of 120 calendar days.   • Tenant hereby waives the provisions of Section 1932, Subdivision 2, and Section 1933, Subdivision 4, of the California Civil Code, and the provisions of any similar law hereinafter enacted.
