Tenant hereby waives the provisions of Section 1932, Subdivision 2, and Section 1933, Subdivision 4, of the California Civil Code, and the provisions of any similar law hereinafter enacted.
With respect to any partial destruction which Lessor is obligated to repair or may elect to repair under the terms of this paragraph, the provision of Section 1932, Subdivision 2, and of Section 1933, Subdivision 4, of the Civil Code of the State of California are waived by Lessee.

Tenant hereby expressly waives the provisions of Section 1932, Subdivision 2, in Section 1933, Subdivision 4 of the California Civil Code.
Participant should note that the Restricted Stock Units are subject to section 257 of the SFA and Participant will not be able to make any subsequent sale of shares of Stock in Singapore, or any offer of such subsequent sale of shares of Stock subject to the Restricted Stock Units in Singapore, unless such sale or offer is made (i) after six (6) months from the Award Date or (ii) pursuant to the exemptions under Part XIII Division (1) Subdivision (4) (other than section 280) of the SFA.
This subdivision shall not apply to those eligible employees who select coverage under the high deductible health plan described in Subdivision 4.
With respect to a destruction which Landlord is obligated to repair or may elect to repair under the terms of this Section, Tenant waives the provisions of Section 1932, and Section 1933, Subdivision 4, of the Civil Code of the State of California, and any other similarly enacted statute, and the provisions of this Section 15 shall govern in the case of such destruction.
Except as provided in Article 16, Section C, Subdivision 4 which pertains to the separation payment to retirees, the separation payment will be made in cash.
The Participant should note that the RSU Award is subject to section 257 of the SFA and the Participant will not be able to make any subsequent sale in Singapore of the Shares acquired under the Plan, or any offer of such subsequent sale of the Shares acquired under the Plan unless such sale or offer in Singapore is made pursuant to the exemptions under Part XIII Division (1) Subdivision (4) (other than section 280) of the SFA (Cap 289, 2006 Ed.).
