Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance definition

Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance means the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of the Township, as such Ordinance has been amended and now exists and as hereafter may be amended, provided that the application of subsequent amendments to the Subject Subdivision/Land Development shall be subject to the provisions of §508(4) of the MPC.
