Subgrant Agreement definition

Subgrant Agreement means the agreement referred to in Section 3.04 (a) of this Agreement;

Subgrant Agreement means the contract that is executed between an Applicant and the Department to award CDBG funding for completing the Addressed Need activities that were included in the Applicant’s Small Cities CDBG Application for Funding. When an Applicant submits their Subgrant Agreement to the Department, the Applicant must also submit the following:

Subgrant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient (acting through one of its Local Implementing Agencies) and a Beneficiary, providing for a Subgrant to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject.

• The City must take care to use and account for its Range construction expenditures in order to qualify for reimbursement as detailed in the Subgrant Agreement.

• Execute contemporaneously herewith a federal Subgrant Agreement with the City in which the Commission commits to reimburse the City an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00 for the City’s actual cost of constructing the Range consistent with the terms of the Subgrant Agreement (the portion of the grant funds that is ultimately actually paid to the City is hereinafter referred to as the “AGFC Grant Funds”).

More Definitions of Subgrant Agreement

Subgrant Agreement has the same meaning as “grant agreement,” as that term is defined in ORC Section 5101.21 (A) (6). THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS CONTAINED IN THIS SUBGRANT AGREEMENT, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

Subgrant Agreement means a subgrant agreement for an Approved Research Project between a Research Consortium’s Lead Research Institution and other Research Institution members of the Research Consortium.

Subgrant Agreement means this Agreement between Grantee and Subgrantee.

Subgrant Agreement is the meansgrant agreement or legal instrument by which a CFSA or LWDB issues a subawardgrant award of federal financial assistance is issued to a subrecipient. Subgrant agreements generally identify a federal award to a subrecipient that includes a CFDA number, a program name, an award year, the federal awards entity, and the program services and requirements. A subgrant agreement may contain identifying information for multiple grant awards being passed through to the same subrecipient. For each grant award passed through to a subrecipient, there will be a subgrant agreement and this subgrant agreement should be considered as an important tool for monitoring subrecipient activities.

Subgrant Agreement means this Subgrant, its terms and conditions, attached exhibits, documents incorporated by reference under the terms of this Subgrant, and any future modifying agreements, exhibits, attachments or references incorporated herein pursuant to Colorado State law, Fiscal Rules, and State Controller Policies.

Subgrant Agreement means a Subgrant Agreement in form and substance agreed to by the Valero Member and the Frontier Member, each in their sole discretion.

Subgrant Agreement means an agreement supporting a Subproject between a NAS, RCs, and CSOs or PSOs, and referred to in paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement; and
