Subgrant Agreement definition

Subgrant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient (acting through one of its Local Implementing Agencies) and a Beneficiary, providing for a Subgrant to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject.
Subgrant Agreement means the contract that is executed between an Applicant and the Department to award CDBG funding for completing the Addressed Need activities that were included in the Applicant’s Small Cities CDBG Application for Funding. When an Applicant submits their Subgrant Agreement to the Department, the Applicant must also submit the following:

  • This Subgrant Agreement is entered into between Utah Association of Family Support Centers, Inc., a Utah nonprofit corporation, DBA Family Support Centers of Utah (“Grantee”) and Family Support Center Grand County (“Subgrantee”).

  • Subgrantee shall use the funds provided in this agreement for the purposes stated in the Grant Agreement, as described in the Scope of Work attached to the Grant Agreement as “Attachment A” and as further described in this Subgrant Agreement.

  • For the period beginning July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2023 (the “Contract Period”), Subgrantee shall be paid up to $101,360, a total contract maximum, for costs authorized under this Subgrant Agreement, based on funding availability and/or grant performance, as further detailed in Subgrantee’s budget for the funds to be received under this Subgrant Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “FSC Budget”).


More Definitions of Subgrant Agreement

Subgrant Agreement means a subgrant agreement for an Approved Research Project between a Research Consortium’s Lead Research Institution and other Research Institution members of the Research Consortium.
