RSU Agreement definition

RSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award of Restricted Stock Units.

• Except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 2(b), to the extent any conflict exists between any provision of this Agreement and any other provision of any agreement between the parties (including without limitation the COO Employment Agreement or Executive’s October 16, 2023 offer letter agreement with the Company or any exhibit to this Agreement or any RSU Agreement) or any Company policy, the provision of this Agreement shall govern.

• Nothing in this RSU Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the Service of a Participating Company or interfere in any way with any right of the Participating Company Group to terminate the Participant’s Service as an Employee or Consultant, as the case may be, at any time.

More Definitions of RSU Agreement

RSU Agreement means an agreement evidencing a Restricted Stock Unit Award granted pursuant to Section 10 of the Plan.
