Subject Market definition

Subject Market means, with respect to any announcement by AT&T PCS -------------- or its Affiliates of a transaction meeting the description of a transaction set forth in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the definition of a Disqualifying Transaction, the PCS System owned and operated by AT&T PCS and its Affiliates in any of Charlotte, North Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia, Baltimore/Washington, D.C. or Richmond, Virginia BTA.
Subject Market means the geographic area described on SCHEDULE 3 hereto.
