Subject to this rule definition

Subject to this rule means the reactor or distillation unit has met the applicability criteria of paragraph (A)(1) of rule 3745-21-13 of the Administrative Code.

  • Subject to regulation means, for any air pollutant, that the pollutant is subject to either a provision in the Clean Air Act, or a nationally applicable regulation codified by the Administrator in 40 CFR Subchapter C (Air Programs) that requires actual control of the quantity of emissions of that pollutant, and that such a control requirement has taken effect and is operative to control, limit or restrict the quantity of emissions of that pollutant released from the regulated activity, except that:

  • (1) In this Act employee” means an individual who has entered into or works under (or, where the employment has ceased, worked under) a contract of employment.

For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).

  • (2) In this subsection, the term fundraising’ means

  • Indemnify means an undertaking to pay any damages, claim or taxed costs awarded by a court or agreed to by the municipality in terms of a formal settlement process;

  • Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Child or covered child means a child (natural, step-child, legally adopted or a minor or disabled child who is dependent on the insured for support and maintenance) who is born to or brought to a marriage or to a civil union established according to Vermont law.

  • (3) In this subsection, the term oil fuel’ means any oil used as fuel in connection with the propulsion and auxiliary machinery of the vessel in which such oil is carried.’’.
