Sublicensability definition
Sublicensability. The licenses granted in Section 2.01, 2.02 and 2.04 to Licensee include the right to grant sublicenses only within the scope of such licenses [*].
Licensable means having the right to grant, to the maximum extent possible, whether at the time of the initial grant or subsequently acquired, any and all of the rights conveyed herein.
Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.
Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.
Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-How.
Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.
