Subordinate Certificate Corridor Contract. The confirmation and agreement, including the schedule thereto and the related credit support annex (attached as Exhibit M-4 hereto), between the Trustee on behalf of the Issuing Entity and the Cap Contract Counterparty (attached as Exhibit M-3 hereto), with respect to the Subordinate Certificates.

Subordinate Certificate Corridor Contract means a confirmation and agreement including the schedule thereto between the Securities Administrator on behalf of the Issuing Entity and the Cap Contract Counterparty for the benefit of the Subordinate Certificates.
