Subordinated Percentage definition

Subordinated Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, 100% minus the Senior Percentage for such Distribution Date.

Subordinated Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, the percentage which is the difference between 100% and the Class A Percentage for such date.
