Subgroup 3. Those certain Mortgage Loans identified as belonging to Subgroup 3 on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

Subgroup 3. The group of Mortgage Loans (or portions of Mortgage Loans) comprised of the Subgroup 3 Loans.
