• To the best of the Subscriber’s knowledge (i) none of the funds to be provided by the Subscriber (A) are being tendered on behalf of a Person who has not been identified to the Subscriber or (B) have been or will be derived from proceeds of criminal activity, and (ii) the Subscriber shall promptly notify the Corporation if the Subscriber discovers that any of such representations cease to be true, and to provide the Corporation with appropriate information in connection therewith.
