Subscription Data definition

Subscription Data means data files, including, but not limited to, postal, census, geographic, demographic, and other data, that are either identified in an Order or otherwise licensed with certain of the Licensed Products;

Examples of Subscription Data in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise identified in an Order, the Subscription Data is licensed for twelve (12) month terms and the license to the Subscription Data may be renewed for additional twelve (12) month terms as part of Maintenance Services in accordance with Section 8.

  • During the term of this Agreement and for two years thereafter, we have the right, but not the obligation to carry out an audit of the use of the Subscription Data to make sure that you have used the Subscription Data within the limitations, restrictions and allowances set out in this Agreement and the application Order Form.

  • You will comply with any reasonable instructions and/or specifications provided by us for the relevant Subscription Data.

  • During the Subscription Term you may contact us with support queries in relation to your use and access of the Subscription Data which we will do our best, acting reasonably to resolve, but as we do not have a dedicated technical support function, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to resolve any issue raised by you.

  • Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360: Upon deactivation of a Simple Fund 360 Subscription, Data will remain in the production environment for 7 years.

  • You may wish to engage us to provide a quote on a time and materials basis to complete various services or custom requests for scope that falls outside of the Subscription Data functionality or capabilities.

  • You acknowledge that factors such as changes by you to your profile and use case, corrupted, incomplete and/or interrupted data received by use from your site(s) and applications, may have a material impact on the accuracy, reliability and/or timeliness of Subscription Data results, and we will not be responsible for any such factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • CAS 360: Upon deactivation of a CAS 360 Subscription, Data will remain in the production environment for 7 years.

Related to Subscription Data

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Day means the last Business Day of each week or such other day or days as the Directors may from time to time determine that Participating Shares in the Fund are available for subscription;

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Receipts means the subscription receipts of the Corporation issued hereunder and to be issued in the form of Subscription Receipt Certificates and evidencing the rights set out in Section 2.2 hereof;

  • Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.

  • Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscription Period means the defined period of time of the Subscription as set forth in an Order Form.

  • Subscription Rights means the subscription rights to purchase Rights Offering Shares.

  • Subscription Accounting means an accounting of all subscriptions for Shares received and accepted by Broker as of the date of such accounting, indicating for each subscription the Subscriber’s name, social security number and address, the number and total purchase price of subscribed Securities, the date of receipt by Broker of the Cash Investment Instrument, and notations of any nonpayment of the Cash Investment Instrument submitted with such subscription, any withdrawal of such subscription by the Subscriber, any rejection of such subscription by Broker, or other termination, for whatever reason, of such subscription.

  • Subscription Plan means a fixed term plan which relates to the Licensed Services as specified in the PGi Service Agreement

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1.

  • Subscription Agent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a)(iv) hereof.
