Subscription Software definition

Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

Subscription Software for HEC Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Supplement, and for EX Services and Private Cloud Edition means Cloud Services Software as set forth in its respective Supplement.

Subscription Software shall (i) have the meaning set forth in its respective Supplement for HEC Services and Tailored Option Services, and (ii) mean Cloud Services Software set forth in its respective Supplement for for EX Services and Private Cloud Edition Services.

Examples of Subscription Software in a sentence

• Licensee may not disrupt, disable or interfere with the locking mechanism, and may not use such Software following the expiration of the applicable license term unless Licensee purchases a license, in the event of Trial Software, or a renewal license, in the event of Subscription Software, from Netwrix.

• The term of the license for Subscription Software shall begin and end on the dates set forth in the Order, unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement or an amendment hereto.

• Trial Software and Subscription Software include a locking mechanism that automatically will prevent Licensee's use of such Software following the expiration of the applicable license term.

• Any Subscription Software will automatically renew for subsequent terms of the same duration and at the same quantities, unless Licensee notifies Netwrix in writing that it will not renew in advance of the end date of the then-current term.

Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment, as defined in the SLA, by SAP on a subscription basis. “Subscription 소프트웨어”는 등록을 기반으로 하여 SLA 에 정의된 대로 SAP 가 컴퓨팅 환경에서 제공하고 호스팅하는 소프트웨어를 의미합니다.

Subscription Software means software for which the customer received use rights and maintenance by SAP on a subscription base. Subscription Software shall be understood to be part of the HEC Production Cloud with Subscription Software service for purposes of the Agreement. .
