Unit Owners shall according to the context, mean all purchasers and/or intending purchasers of different Flats / apartments / Units in the Buildings and shall also include the Builder in respect of such
Subsequent Recovery Any amount recovered by a Servicer or the Master Servicer with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan with respect to which a Realized Loss was incurred after the liquidation or disposition of such Mortgage Loan.
Subsequent Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Lot Owner means a declarant or other person who owns a lot, or a lessee of a lot in a leasehold planned community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease the expiration or termination of which will remove the lot from the planned community, but does not include a person having an interest in a lot solely as security for an obligation.
Subsequent Closing Date means, with respect to each Subsequent Closing, the date on which such Subsequent Closing is deemed to have occurred.
Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.
Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.
Subsequent Sale means the sale of additional Securitization Property by the Seller to the Issuer after the Initial Transfer Date, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions specified in the Sale Agreement and the Indenture.
Co-owners means (a) all the allottees of Units in the Project excepting those who (i) have either not been delivered possession of any Unit or (ii) have not got the conveyance deed in respect of any Unit to be executed and registered in their favour; and (b) for all Units which are not alienated by execution of deed of conveyance or whose possession are not parted with by the Owner/Promoter, shall mean the respective Owner and/or Promoter;
Subsequent Offering means any further issuance of Interests in any Series, excluding any Initial Offering or Transfer.
Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;
Subsequent Transfer Date With respect to each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the date on which the related Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.
Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;
Anticipated Closing Date means the anticipated closing date of any proposed Qualified Sale Transaction, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors on the Applicable Date.
JOINT OWNER A Contract may be owned by Joint Owners. If Joint Owners are named, any Joint Owner must be the spouse of the other Contract Owner. Upon the death of either Contract Owner, the surviving spouse will be the primary Beneficiary. Any other Beneficiary designation will be treated as a contingent Beneficiary unless otherwise indicated in an Authorized Request.
Subsequent Cutoff Date means the date specified in the related Additional Sale Agreement agreed to by the Seller and the Purchaser for the purposes of determining the Principal Balance and accrued interest to be capitalized, as applicable, for purposes of completing each related Loan Transmittal Summary Form.
Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.
Series Closing Date means the date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.
Issuer Call Commencement Date means the first Business Day following the three year period from and including the Issue Date;
Agreement End Date has the meaning specified in Section 10.1(e).
Initial Transfer Date means the Series Issuance Date for the first Series of Securitization Bonds.
Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;
Post-Closing Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) beginning after the Closing Date.
Non-Retail Behind The Meter Generation means Behind the Meter Generation that is used by municipal electric systems, electric cooperatives, or electric distribution companies to serve load.
Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.
Subsequent Cut-off Date With respect to those Subsequent Mortgage Loans sold to the Trust Fund pursuant to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the later of (i) first day of the month in which the related Subsequent Transfer Date occurs or (ii) the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan.
