Co-owners definition

Co-owners means (a) all the allottees of Units in the Building Complex excepting those who (i) have either not been delivered possession of any Unit or (ii) have not got the conveyance deed in respect of any Unit to be executed and registered in their favour; and (b) for all Units which are not alienated by execution of deed of conveyance or whose possession are not parted with by the Vendor or the Promoter, shall mean the Promoter or the Vendor, as the case may be.
Co-owners means (a) all the allottees of Units in the Project excepting those who (i) have either not been delivered possession of any Unit or (ii) have not got the conveyance deed in respect of any Unit to be executed and registered in their favour; and (b) for all Units which are not alienated by execution of deed of conveyance or whose possession are not parted with by the Owner/Promoter, shall mean the respective Owner and/or Promoter;
Co-owners according to the context shall mean all the buyers/ owners who from time to time have purchased or agreed to purchase and taken possession of any Unit including the Vendor for those units, spaces, rooms, parking areas etc. not alienated or agreed to be alienated by the Vendor.

  • In doing and carrying out the said fit out works, the Allottee shall be obliged to do all works in a good and xxxxxxx-like manner and without violating any laws, rules or regulations of the municipal, National Building Code and Fire rules and others and with minimum noise and without causing any disturbance or annoyance to the other Co-Owners.

  • Deposited Securities shall be held by the Custodian in the Custody Account for the account of the Co-Owners, each of whom shall own an undivided co-ownership interest therein, as tenants-in- common.
