In doing and carrying out the said fit out works, the Allottee shall be obliged to do all works in a good and xxxxxxx-like manner and without violating any laws, rules or regulations of the municipal, National Building Code and Fire rules and others and with minimum noise and without causing any disturbance or annoyance to the other Co-Owners.
