Subsequently Acquired Websites and Mobile Apps means any website or mobile application that Poly-Wood acquires from a third party, starts to operate, and which is publicly available to consumers in the United States after the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Subsequently Acquired Websites and Mobile Apps means any website or mobile application that Optavia acquires from a third party, starts to operate, and makes publicly available to consumers in the United States after the Effective Date of this Agreement.
