Subservicers. HomeAmerican Credit, Inc., d/b/a Upland Mortgage, a Pennsylvania corporation, or its successor in interest and New Jersey Mortgage and Investment Corp., a New Jersey corporation, or its successor in interest.

Subservicers shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.07.
