Subservicers. HomeAmerican Credit, Inc., d/b/a Upland Mortgage, a Pennsylvania corporation, or its successor in interest and New Jersey Mortgage and Investment Corp., a New Jersey corporation, or its successor in interest.

Subservicers shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.07.

Subservicers means Upland and ABMS. Subservicers means, with respect to the Servicer, any subservicer or contingent collection agent with whom the Servicer enters into an agreement.
