Subsidiary Equity Interest definition

Subsidiary Equity Interest means any Interest of the Debtors in subsidiaries or Affiliates.
Subsidiary Equity Interest has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(b).
Subsidiary Equity Interest means any share of common stock or other instrument evidencing a present ownership interest in any of the Subsidiaries, whether or not transferable, and any option, warrant or right, contractual or otherwise, to acquire any such interest.

Subsidiary Equity Interest means (a) with respect to the Equity Interests issued to a Loan Party by any Subsidiary (other than a Foreign Subsidiary), 100% of such issued and outstanding Equity Interests, and (b) with respect to any Equity Interests issued to a Loan Party by any First-Tier Foreign Subsidiary (i) 100% of such issued and outstanding Equity Interests not entitled to vote (within the meaning of Treas. Reg. Section 1.956(c)(2)) and (ii) 100% of such issued and outstanding Equity Interests entitled to vote (within the meaning of Treas. Reg.
