Blocked Account definition

Blocked Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(ii).
Blocked Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

Examples of Blocked Account in a sentence

  • The same applies to other contractual relationships between the Depositary Bank and the Shareholder in respect of the Blocked Account, e.g. the termination of the securities account itself.
