Subsisting Award definition

Subsisting Award means a Subsisting Option or a Subsisting Allocation;
Subsisting Award means any Award which has not been released, lapsed or otherwise become incapable of Vesting;
Subsisting Award means an Award which has neither lapsed nor vested;

More Definitions of Subsisting Award

Subsisting Award means any Award which is subsisting and has not been released, lapsed or otherwise become incapable of exercise or vesting.
Subsisting Award means an Award (or portion thereof) that has not Vested and which has not lapsed;
Subsisting Award means an Award to the extent that it has not lapsed; and
Subsisting Award means an Award that has not Vested or been forfeited.

Related to Subsisting Award

  • 3(i) Award means an Award granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is a Non- Employee.

  • RSU means a contractual right granted pursuant to Section 9 that is denominated in Shares. Each RSU represents a right to receive the value of one Share (or a percentage of such value) in cash, Shares or a combination thereof. Awards of RSUs may include the right to receive dividend equivalents.

  • Prior Plan Award means an award outstanding under the Prior Plan as of the Effective Date.

  • Date of Award means the date this Contract is fully executed.

  • Company RSU Award means each award of restricted stock units with respect to Shares granted under the Company Equity Plans that vest solely based on the passage of time.
