Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator definition

Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator. (SAPC) means a licensed physician, psychologist, social worker, certified employee assistance professional, or nationally certified addiction counselor with knowledge of and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of drug and alcohol-related disorders. The SAPC will be chosen by the City.
