Substitute Collateral Debt Security. A Collateral Debt Security that is acquired by the Issuer in substitution for Collateral Debt Securities previously pledged to the Trustee in accordance herewith.
Substitute Collateral Debt Security means a debt obligation meeting the Eligibility Criteria acquired by or on behalf of the Issuer with Collateral Principal Proceeds or Sale Proceeds that are reinvested in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture.
Substitute Collateral Debt Security means a Collateral Debt Security purchased in substitution for a previously held Collateral Debt Security pursuant to the terms of the Investment Management Agreement and which satisfies both the Eligibility Criteria and the Reinvestment Criteria.
