Successful Backups. Consolidated – Server” (Server Service Component Provider). The groupings described above are intended to clarify Service Level types for tracking purposes; none of the Service Provider’s obligations as fully described in the Agreement are limited by these groupings.

Related to Successful Backups

  • Successful Vendor means the organization or person with whom the order is placed or who is contracted to execute the work as detailed in the bid.

  • Successful Bid means the Bid whose Financial Bid results in maximization of the value for the Corporate Debtor/stakeholders, as determined by the Liquidator;

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Successful Syndication shall have the meaning given to such term in the Fee Letter.

  • Successful Bidder(s) means the bidder(s) to whom work in this tender is awarded.

  • Successful Proponent means a Proponent who the City may award the agreement to, as a result of this RFP document.

  • Targeted Unsuccessful Security Incident means an Unsuccessful Security Incident that appears to be an attempt to obtain unauthorized Access, Use, Disclosure, modification or destruction of the Covered Entity’s Electronic PHI.

  • Contractor/The Successful Bidder means the person whose Tender has been accepted and awarded letter of Acceptance followed by the Supply Order or Contract by the Purchaser.

  • Successful Applicant means an “employee applicant” or “applicant” who has been offered employment within this Bargaining Unit by the Employer.

  • Successful Remarketing means, as applicable, a Successful Optional Remarketing or a Successful Final Remarketing.

  • Successful Proposer means any Proposer selected by the University to receive an Award as a result of this RFP and to enter into a Contract to provide the University with the products or services sought by this RFP.

  • Phase II Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product, designated as a Phase II Trial and the principal purpose of which is to make a preliminary determination that such Licensed Product is safe and active in a patient population for its intended use and is designed to obtain sufficient information about such Licensed Product’s efficacy to permit the design of a Phase III Trial(s), and generally consistent with 21 CFR § 312.21(b). For purposes of this definition, Phase II trial shall specifically exclude expansion cohorts from Phase I Trial(s).

  • Phase III Trial means a Clinical Trial of an investigational product in subjects that incorporates accepted endpoints for confirmation of statistical significance of efficacy and safety with the aim to generate data and results that can be submitted to obtain Regulatory Approval as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c), or a comparable Clinical Trial prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States.

  • Successful has the meaning specified in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Successful Tenderer means the Tenderer declared technically and financially successful for the Project and with whom, the Contract Agreement shall be signed.

  • Early intervention means, with respect to any Person, that any Relevant Spanish Resolution Authority or the European Central Bank shall have announced or determined that such Person has or shall become the subject of an “early intervention” (actuación temprana) as such term is defined in Law 11/2015 and in the SRM Regulation.

  • Phase I Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product in human patients designated as a Phase I Trial and conducted primarily for the purpose of determining the safety of and/or the metabolism and pharmacologic actions of the Licensed Product in humans, as described under 21 CFR § 312.21(a) (as hereafter modified or amended) and any of its foreign equivalents. For purposes of this definition, Phase I Trial shall specifically exclude trials in healthy volunteers.

  • Phase II Study means a study in humans of the safety, dose ranging or efficacy of a product, as further defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (or the equivalent thereof outside the United States).

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount As defined in subsection (II)(i) of Section 3.05(a).

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).

  • Phase III Clinical Study means a trial involving administration of a Compound to sufficient numbers of human patients with the goal of establishing that the Compound is safe and efficacious for its intended use, to define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the drug or label expansion of such Compound, and to be considered as a pivotal study for submission of an NDA.

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination on or before the date such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes a future obligation of the Mortgagor to pay under the terms of modified Loan Documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Phase 3 Trial means a human clinical trial of a Product on a sufficient number of subjects that is designed to establish that a pharmaceutical product is safe and efficacious for its intended use, and to determine warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with such pharmaceutical product in the dosage range to be prescribed, which trial is intended to support Approval of a Product, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c) for the United States, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the Regulatory Authorities in a foreign country.

  • Successful Security Incident means a Security Incident that results in the unauthorized Access, Use, Disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with system operations in an Information System.
