Summer Program means for EOF purposes, any programming that an institution develops that supports either EOF pre-first year students or EOF renewal students to take academic courses to participate in various enrichment activities during the summer session.   • Computer program means a set of instructions, rules, or routines recorded in a form that is capable of causing a computer to perform a specific operation or series of operations.
