Computer Programs definition

Computer Programs means a set of related electronic instructions which direct the operations and functions of a computer or device connected to it, which enable the computer or device to receive, process, store, retrieve or send data.
Computer Programs means (a) any and all computer software programs and software development tools, including all source and object code, (b) databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, (c) all descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, (d) all domain names and the content contained on the respective Internet site(s) and (e) all documentation, including user manuals and training materials, relating to any of the foregoing.
Computer Programs means (i) any and all computer programs (consisting of sets of statements or instructions to be used directly or indirectly in a computer in order to bring about a certain result), and (ii) all associated data and compilations of data, regardless of their form or embodiment. “Computer Programs” shall include, without limitation, all source code, object code and natural language code therefor, all versions thereof, all screen displays and designs thereof, all component modules, all descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, and all documentation, including without limitation user manuals and training materials, relating to any of the foregoing.

Computer Programs as used herein means a series of instructions or statements in a form acceptable to a computer, designed to cause the computer to execute an operation or operations. "Computer Programs" include operating systems, assemblers, compilers, interpreters, data management systems, utility programs, sort merge programs, and automated data processing equipment maintenance diagnostic programs, as well as applications programs such as payroll, inventory control and engineering analysis programs. Computer programs may be either machine-dependent or machine-independent, and may be general purpose in nature or designed to satisfy the requirements of a particular user.
Computer Programs shall include, without limitation, all source code, object code and natural language code therefor, all versions thereof, all screen displays and designs thereof, all component modules, all descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, and all documentation, including without limitation user manuals and training materials, relating to any of the foregoing.
