Supplemental Growth Capital Advance definition

Supplemental Growth Capital Advance is defined in Section 2.3(a).
Supplemental Growth Capital Advance is defined in Section 2.1.4(a). “Supplemental Growth Capital Commitment Termination Date” is June 30, 2014.

  • Subject to Section 2.3(b), the principal amount outstanding for each Supplemental Growth Capital Advance shall accrue interest at a fixed per annum rate equal to eleven percent (11.00%), which interest shall be payable monthly.
