Supplemental Term Rider definition

Supplemental Term Rider. This is an optional rider that provides an additional death benefit on the primary insured and enhances long-term policy cash value accumulation through the purchase of non-convertible term life insurance coverage on the insured. Reinsurance premiums for any additional coverage will be the same as the base plan to which the rider is attached, assessed point-in-scale.

  • Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.

  • Incremental Term Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a).

  • Supplemental Transfer Date For any Supplemental Transfer Agreement, the date the related Supplemental Mortgage Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund pursuant to the related Supplemental Transfer Agreement.

  • Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement means an Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement among, and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and one or more Incremental Term Lenders.
